A multi-industry booking tool. Create your account, set up your booking page and start receiving appointments. It is built for courts, clinics, salons and any business that works by appointment. It is an own product and real customers already use it.
Why we built it.
A business that works by appointment (a court, a clinic, a salon) usually books over messages. We thought booking an appointment should not take a conversation.
We wanted something that works for any industry, sets up in minutes and does not make anyone install or learn anything.
The problem.
Every appointment is an exchange: the client asks what is free, someone checks the schedule, replies, confirms and writes it down. If two people ask for the same time, one of them is left without a slot.
For the business it is lost time. For the client it is waiting on a reply for something that should take a minute.
What we built.
Tuturnero gives each business a booking page with its brand, its hours and a short link with a QR code. The client picks a free time, leaves a name and books, without creating an account.
The business receives each request and accepts or declines it with one tap. What it confirms is taken on the schedule, so nobody else can book that time.
How we built it.
We designed and built it ourselves, from the interface to the code. We made it usable without explanations: you sign in with Google, set when you are open and your page is ready.
Each business sets its own hours, holidays and vacations, and the system prevents double bookings on its own. What we add comes from what the people already using it tell us.
How it works.
You create your account, upload your banner and photo, and set the days and hours you are open. Then you share the link on Instagram, over WhatsApp or with the QR code at the counter.
Do people book by phone? You can add those by hand too.
Where it stands.
Tuturnero is published and in beta. Customers already use it every day and we work with them to improve it.
