We migrate the catalog from WooCommerce, set up wholesale and retail prices, and connect stock, invoicing and measurement. The domain stays yours.
A WooCommerce store that no longer holds up, wholesale orders put together by hand over WhatsApp, or stock entered in two places that never match. We sort it out on Tiendanube, with your domain and email left as they are. Scope and price in writing before we start.
Your whole catalog moves to Tiendanube: products, prices, SKUs, categories and images, with variants grouped by size or color. We move it with our own script, and order history stays in WooCommerce unless we add it to the scope. The step by step for keeping rankings is in How to migrate from WooCommerce to Tiendanube.
Your wholesale buyers log in and see their price, with their own payment and shipping methods and a minimum order. We set it up with Tiendanube's native wholesale price list.
Your store looks like your brand, with an adapted theme or a custom one. Tiendanube hosts the checkout and we don't redesign it.
Stock and retail prices update on their own between the store and systems such as Tango or Contabilium. Each sale is invoiced with ARCA through an invoicing app connected to the store.
You reach your first campaign knowing which ad brings sales. We connect the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics 4 and Merchant Center, and check it all with a test purchase.
Your domain stays where it is and email keeps arriving, because we leave its records alone. Every old URL redirects to the new one with a 301, so people coming from Google don't land on an error.
If wholesale prices come from your system, or the checkout needs rules Tiendanube doesn't allow, a store of your own fits better. We build it as a custom management system, plus hosting and maintenance.
For shops that already sell online, or want to start, and need the store to fit how they work: with wholesale buyers, with a stock system or with years of catalog in WooCommerce.
The store grew and keeping it running became a job of its own.
They want to sell online at their price without building every order over WhatsApp.
Stock lives in another system and gets entered twice.
We look at how you sell today: WooCommerce or another store, whether you have wholesale prices, which system holds stock and prices, and who manages the domain and email.
What migrates, which Tiendanube plan you need, what gets connected and what stays out. Price and timeline in writing before we start.
We work on a test store. Every week you see a working piece: the loaded catalog, the theme, the wholesale list or the sync, and you try it with real products.
We connect the domain without touching email, load the redirects and set up payment and shipping: Envío Nube, in-store pickup or rates by zone. We close with a test purchase to validate measurement.
Price and timeline
They depend on catalog size, on how much variant and category cleanup is needed, on the theme and on whether a management system needs connecting. The Tiendanube plan and any paid apps are paid separately, directly to each provider. If email stays on your current hosting, that hosting keeps being billed.
Yes. We move products, prices, SKUs, categories and images with our own script. Order history stays in WooCommerce unless we add it to the scope. Customer passwords don't carry over with this method, so each customer creates a new account.
Warranty
If a bug is on our side, we fix it under warranty.
Maintenance
Optional, for changes and for the adjustments when Tiendanube or a connected app changes how it connects. Without it, that adjustment is on you.
