Own product
The calendar, clients, staff and finances of your events company in one place. It is a ShippersLab own product, in production and used every day by events companies.

Events companies coordinate dates, staff and payments with spreadsheets and messages. We saw that does not scale and built a system around the way they work.
We offer it as our own product, so any events company can get organized without commissioning custom software.
An events company juggles dates, crews, clients and payments at once. With everything spread across spreadsheets and messages, two events overlap, staff is missing and nobody knows how much came in and how much is still owed.
If you still run it on spreadsheets, read how to organize an events company.
EventOps puts the whole operation in one system. Each event has its client, its team and its money, and the calendar shows at a glance what to do and when.
The whole team always sees the same information, with nothing to copy from one spreadsheet to another.
We designed and developed it ourselves, from the interface to the full system. Each company signs in with its own users, invited by email, and sees only its own data.
We talk to the people using it often and every improvement comes from what they need day to day.
You create an event once, with its client and dates: site visit, setup, sound check and teardown. Then you build the quote, which goes out as a PDF with your logo, and assign staff while seeing who is free. There is a free quote template (opens in a new tab) and a guide to staff payment and assignment (opens in a new tab).
To get paid, you record the deposit and installments in pesos or dollars, along with expenses. The monthly summary shows what came in and what is still owed, and everything exports to CSV.
EventOps is in production and events companies use it.
